How do I get my husbands auto finance company to stop calling me?

I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. Apparently it falls on deaf ears!

tell them to stop…on monday morning call and speak to a supervisor etc and tell them everything that has happened…if they cannot make them stop at this point talk to their boss…

If you are not on the loan they should not be calling YOU in the first place. Your husband can send the creditor a letter telling them to cease calling and that all future contact should be made via written correspondence. Send the letter certified, return receipt requested to make sure they get it. If they continue to call after receiving the letter you may have cause for legal action. Good Luck!
